We’ve combined two of the hardest workouts, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) & Boxing, together making it one ultimate calorie burning class, designed to get you fit, fast! Backed by science… HIIT training is the most effective way to Increase your fitness and lose body fat.
We run small group outdoor classes at Prince Alfred Park Surry Hills. We offer a variety of fat burning workouts including Functional Training, HIIT, Boxing, Strength, Crossfit and more. Our workouts are designed specifically to help you get results fast, all in a fun atmosphere with a supporting community.
