Our trainers (and also our members) provide a fun, stress free, non-judgemental environment to train in. You’ll get guidance and motivation along the way. Whether this is your first time doing a challenge, or you’ve done a few challenges before, you’ll feel right at home in your journey to a healthier you!

WHY 6 WEEKS?

Is not too short, not too long! Not too short to see real results and not too long to get bored and burn out. 6 weeks is a great timeline to push your absolute limit. Before you know it you’ll be cruisin’ along with your results.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM THE CHALLENGE?

No challenge is easy. After all, these 6 weeks are meant to push you towards a healthier lifestyle. You can expect to have full support from the Hiitboxing community, whatever your goals are, and to share a positive experience with a goup like-minded people committed to making healthy changes. You will also have all the encouragement you’ll need from our trainers week in and week out to give you the tools to maintain your results after the challenge.

The challenge comes with acces to the Hiitboxing classes, weekly checkins with a trainer and customised workout plans, before and after weigh in & measurements, and a nutritional guide.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO PARTICIPATE?

The challenge is absolutely FREE. You will need to be a member at Hiitboxing and commit to training during the 6 week challenge. Choose from any of our No Contract Memberships. If you prefer to pay in a single instalment, we have an upfront option available at $390 which includes a 6 week membership.

DO I HAVE TO FOLLOW A MEAL PLAN?

You’ll have access to a very simple nutritional guide outlining our dos and don’ts. Within this guide are 5 meals per day – three main meals and two snacks. Our trainers can give advice if you are after something specific. We’ll have you covered with suggested daily plans and sample recipes, but ultimately it’s up to you how you build your meal plan.
