Our timetable is designed for you to be able to train daily, while still performing at your very best, six days a week. Alternating between strength days and Cardio days will help your body recover faster, which means that you will be able to be more consistent with your training, as well as be able to train more frequently and effectively. Not one class is ever the same, which makes our classes full of variety, your workout routine will always be fresh and exciting!
