WHAT IS HIIT TRAINING?
High-intensity interval training (HIIT), also called high-intensity intermittent exercise (HIIE) or sprint interval training (SIT), is a form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods, until too exhausted to continue.
Here at Hiitboxing, we provide a variety of fun but challenging HIIT workouts, from our very own “Hiitboxing Signature Workout” – a High Intensity pad work Boxing class that combines the best of various Hiit exercises, to “HIIT” – A High Intensity Interval Training class that burns calories real quick. HIITBOXING SIGNATURE CLASS
Our Signature Hiitboxing class is a High Intensity boxing class that combines the best of various HIIT exercises, mixed with boxing. You will also learn various techniques and skills of a professional boxer. This fat burning workout will make you sweat and have fun while burning calories!
You can find our HIITBOXING Signature Class on Mondays at 7.30am and Saturdays at 9am.
HIIT stands for “High Intensity Interval Training”. This form of training is popular with people wanting to lose weight fast while improving their cardiovascular fitness. We all have busy lives and sometimes only have a short amount of time to workout, so this high intensity class is perfect for that, it delivers fast results! The great news is this class is suitable for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced.
Our HIIT class is on every Wednesday at 7.30am.
