HIITBOXING SIGNATURE CLASS
Our Signature Hiitboxing class is a High Intensity boxing class that combines the best of various HIIT exercises, mixed with boxing. You will also learn various techniques and skills of a professional boxer. This fat burning workout will make you sweat and have fun while burning calories!

Sat – 9.00am
HIIT stands for “High Intensity Interval Training”. This form of training is popular with people wanting to lose weight fast while improving their cardiovascular fitness. We all have busy lives and sometimes only have a short amount of time to workout, so this high intensity class is perfect for that, it delivers fast results! The great news is this class is suitable for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced.
Wed – 7.30am
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
This class is all about getting stronger. Using Functional Training as the core of the workout, we make sure we improve your strength in all areas of your body. Focussing on technique and performance, we incorporate different styles of strength training using a variety of equipment. We also make sure we improve your body weight strength by performing fundamental exercises such as push ups, pull ups and squats.
Tue – 7.30am
TONING & DEFINITION
In this class we focus on good form and correct lifting to develop muscles, increase muscle definition and increase general health and fitness. We perform a variety of exercises, from body weight exercises, to free weight training. Over all, this class will leave you feeling satisfied, and after all, who wouldn’t like to have toned arms anyway?
Thu – 7.30am
CORE, ABS & STRETCH
This is a feel good special core class, smashing the abs and core! High intensity on the floor, then unwind into low impact stretches for the end. Double the stretch time to the rest of our classes, making it the perfect way to finish the end of a hard week of training.
Fri – 7.30AM
This Bootcamp class is mixture of all fitness drills put together into one class. Combining HIIT, strength core and more. We use a variety of equipment such as kettle bells, battle ropes and med balls mixed with high intensity interval training (HIIT), you are guaranteed to improve your fitness fast, giving you better sleep at night and more energy throughout your day.
