GROUP FITNESS TRAINING CLASSES

Hiitboxing is a Complete Functional Training Program. We use components of HIIT Training, Boxing, Strength Training and more. Our workouts are fun and are designed to give you optimum results based on your goals and fitness needs.

 

Class Timetable

THE PERFECT WORKOUT

Using functional training principles, our timetable is designed for you to be able to train daily, while still performing at your very best, five days a week. Alternating between strength days and Cardio days will help your body recover faster, which means that you will be able to be more consistent with your training, as well as be able to train more frequently and effectively. Not one class is ever the same, which makes our group fitness training classes full of variety, so you’ll have a workout routine that will always be fresh and exciting!

GROUP FITNESS TRAINING CLASSES

HIITBOXING SIGNATURE CLASS

This is Hiitboxing’s Signature Class, you won’t find anything like it anywhere else. A High Intensity pad work boxing class that combines the best of various Hiit exercises. A serious Fat Burning workout that guarantees sweat and fun.

    APOLLO HIIT TRAINING

    “High Intensity Interval Training” Burns Calories Quicker than any other form of training. Whether your goal is to Lose Weight, or simply improve your Cardiovascular Fitness, this class is for you. Suitable for Beginners and excellent for people with a Serious Hardcore Fitness Appetite.

      ROCKY STRENGTH TRAINING

      This class is all about getting stronger. Using Functional Training as the core of the workout, we make sure we improve your Strength in all areas of your body. We also focus on Technique and Performance as well as incorporating different styles of Strength Training using a variety of equipment.

        PUMPING IRON TONING & DEFINITION

        This class speaks for itself. We “Pump Iron” and focus on Good Form while Building Muscle. Free weight training is the best way to Tone Up and increase your Muscle Definition. It also helps improve your Core and Posture and decrease injury.

          GLADIATOR CROSSFIT BOOTCAMP

          Up for a Challenging Workout? This class is for you! We combine crossfit elements along with bootcamp drills, giving you a Tough but Fun Workout. By the end you of it you will really feel like a GLADIATOR!
